Basic Functions
Victor Valley College is now recruiting for 13 (Tenure-Track), Full-Time Faculty positions, scheduled to begin in the Spring 2026 semester.
COMPENSATION:
Initial salary placement ranges from $67,886 to $106,308, based upon education and experience. The current faculty salary schedule includes five classes and twenty steps with a maximum annual salary of $142,425.
